About this course

Club Welfare Officers play a vital role in helping to create safe, supportive environments across England Lacrosse. This course introduces the responsibilities of a Welfare Officer and the key safeguarding principles that apply within a club setting.

You will explore how safeguarding procedures work in practice, how to build safe structures, and how to help embed a culture where people feel confident and supported to raise concerns.
