Teenage girls are dropping out of sport, and lacrosse is no exception. This course explores the reasons why, looking at the attitudes, pressures and barriers that shape their experience.
You’ll hear directly from teenage girls and those working with them, helping you build a deeper understanding of what they need from sport today.
By the end, you’ll have the insight and inspiration to create sessions that feel relevant, inclusive, and genuinely welcoming to teenage girls – on their terms.
